Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of this online store, operated by Satvaveda, and your purchase of any product from it. By browsing this store or placing an order you accept these terms, so please read them before you buy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to buy from this store. Anyone younger may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Products, pricing and availability

We describe and price every product as accurately as we can. Product images are indicative, and small variations in colour or finish may occur. Prices are shown in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST unless the product page says otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may change prices, withdraw a product, or limit the quantity available per customer at any time before your order is accepted.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and confirm it to you. If we cannot accept an order, for example because the item is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, the delivery address is not serviceable, or the order fails our fraud checks, we will tell you and refund any amount already paid, in full.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Where cash on delivery is offered it may be limited by order value or delivery location. Online payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment gateways and are subject to their terms.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. They are good-faith estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return and be refunded are set out in our Cancellation Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy, each of which forms part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate delivery and contact details, not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to resell products bought here without our written consent.

Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images, logos and product photography, belongs to Satvaveda or its licensors, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, transport disruption or government action.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered office, without prejudice to your right to approach a consumer forum where you reside.
