Return and Exchange Policy

Satvaveda wants you to be happy with what you receive. If something is not right, you may request a return or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

What can be returned

An item can be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original condition, and sent back with all original packaging, tags, accessories, free items and the invoice. Anything that arrives damaged, defective, expired, incomplete or different from what you ordered can be returned whatever its condition, and we bear the cost.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene, safety and legal reasons the following are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or wrong: innerwear and intimate items, opened cosmetics and personal-care products, perishable and food items, customised or made-to-order products, digital goods and gift cards, and any item marked non-returnable on its product page.

How to raise a return

Write to info@satvaveda.com or call the phone number listed on our Contact page with your order number. Where the item is damaged or wrong, please attach a photograph of the item and of the outer packaging, and raise the claim within 48 hours of delivery so that we can take it up with the courier in time.

Pickup and return shipping

Where your delivery address is serviceable by our courier partners we arrange a reverse pickup. Where it is not, we will ask you to self-ship and we will reimburse reasonable courier charges against a receipt. If the return is because the item was damaged, defective or wrong, return shipping is free.

Inspection and outcome

Returned items are inspected on arrival. Once a return is approved we process an exchange, a replacement, or a refund as set out in our Refund Policy. If an item comes back used, altered, or missing parts, we may decline the return and send the item back to you.

Exchanges

An exchange for a different size or variant depends on that variant being in stock. If it is not, we process a refund instead.
